Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 3-4 business days. Once your order is processed, it will be shipped via USPS with standard delivery times, unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Please note:

• Shipping times may vary depending on your location and USPS delivery schedules.

• Orders will not be processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

• You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once marked Delivered by the carrier, the package is considered fulfilled.
Rated Raw Hair is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Please file a claim directly with the carrier.

Shipping Delays

Carrier delays, weather events, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances do not qualify for refunds. We appreciate your patience as we navigate external factors.
